Since 2004, Jan has consulted across modeling, advertising, music, photography, and fashion, specializing in talent management, celebrity contract negotiation for beauty brands, and strategic business development.

Hello, I am Carla-Rae Prober
Carla-rae has never taken the conventional path and every detour has made her exactly who she is.
From fashion merchandising to curating product across 60 stores in Canada, to teaching herself interior design and building a thriving business over 33 years, she has spent her career creating spaces where people feel safe, at ease, and fully themselves. She even brought a dream she’d carried since age sixteen to life collaborating with Italian artisans on a cashmere collection as much about legacy as craft.
Now, in what she considers her most important season, Carla-Rae has pledged this chapter to women. As one of three co-founders of The WelcomeHaus, a business uniting three generations of women through curated events, mentorship and education by creating spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported.
